Well the cat has officially decided that he is happy in the new house. He is more hyper and sassy than ever. He is currently really excited by the fireplace and all of the big windows. Julie seems to be ok with Clepton and appears to enjoy his antics as much as I do.
This is going to be a busy week at work. Our firm has several large trials coming up in the next few weeks which will require numerous man hours. I guess decorating the office will have to wait. One of our clients new favorite game is to call and ask to just "speak out loud to someone." The poor sole who he is then directed to gets to listen to him babble on and on until they can convince him that some "emergency" requires them to get off the phone. I think he needs to be redirected to a Shrink.
Glad it is Wednesday and the weekend is approaching!

Treats!
Apparently people enjoy sending their divorce attorney treats. While this is very thoughtful, it is seriously hazardous for those of us who have offices located near the kitchen (who am I kidding, it would be hazardous even if I wasn't near the kitchen). Today the goodies are from Edgar's Bakery http://www.edgarsbakery.com/ and it would just be rude of me not to try one considering the hard work that went into them. I also feel like I must support the local bakery. I am hoping the treats will go quickly so I am not tempted to graze throughout the day. I have a few stories from my first few weeks of work but to ensure that I keep my job I will update you on those later. Now off to work I go!!!!

The upcoming bar
Less than two weeks until I take the Tennessee Bar and my big girl life begins. Within one week I will take the bar, move to Birmingham and start my career. Once things calm down I promise to keep you up to date. Wish me luck!

Today I took my last law school final. I can honestly say this will be my last school final for awhile. I am not sure what lies ahead but I hope to bring you along for the ride. Please be patient while I learn the lay of the "blog" land, I promise to put forth a much better effort as soon as my current decedents estates comma wears off. A few good runs and intestate succession nightmares should be a thing of the past!
